Fish Eyed Blues has been an active member of the Jersey Shore Jazz & Blues Foundation since 2018. We received an advance copy of the new CD titled “It’s Not You… It’s Me” and from the artwork to the presentation to the songs, the band has come up with a winner!

Several months ago the Jersey Shore Jazz and Blues Foundation were asked if we would critique the manuscript for the book and workshop “Spread The Jam” by Joe Kennedy. It only took me a minute to decide that long time member and elder statesman of the blues, Chuck Lambert, was the man for the job.

March’s Youth Open Mic Night, coordinated by board member Joseph V. Riggio, was a fun and successful time despite only three young musicians turning out to perform. With snacks, including Ghirardelli chocolate brownies, pizza and beverages on hand for everyone, attendees can’t fail to enjoy these entertaining evenings.
