Three was the charm for the 3rd installment of the JSJBF CNI Blues Jam. If good gets better this ‘happening’ has the legs and talent to be the best event month in, month out. Once again JSJBF President Tom Baldino kicked off the festivities with great enthusiasm for what was about to happen.
Jack Pic and other members of Jump Back set the tone in the first set for the rest of the night. 30+ players rocked nine full 20+ minute sets. Every player that showed up got to take the stage with a cast of Community friends to create one-off magic. We welcomed some new players again this week, all bringing their own style to the stage. What would that magic be without the friends and fans? They come out to soak in the live music, dance and release for a few hours. This week the fans outnumbered the players.
Let’s not forget the Colts Neck Inn, JP and his staff have stepped up their game as well. More staff, great food and outstanding service make these nights the success they are. This is not just a jam. The JSJBF CNI Blues Jam with Jack Pic is a happening, a party and the place to be the (mostly) 3rd Wednesday of each month. The vibe is alive in Colts Neck, see you next time
