The 2023 Long Branch Jazz & Blues Festival Lineup!

Popa Chubby

This year’s headliner will be Bronx native and international blues legend Popa Chubby. Touring behind his 2022 release, “Emotional Gangster,” he has been entertaining audiences in the USA as well as Europe since returning from the pandemic.

Vocalist and keyboard player Eliza Neals will bring her band to the Great Lawn stage for the first time. Fresh off the Mustique Blues Festival and sold-out shows at Buddy Guy’s Legends club in Chicago, she will light up the stage with songs from her latest collection, “Badder to the Bone.”

The Andy Rothstein Band represents the best in jazz fusion, with their 2022 release “Truth Against the World” getting much critical acclaim, and rightfully so. Original compositions performed by some of the best players around, you don’t want to miss them.

Anthony Krizan, formally of the Spin Doctors, has been fronting his own band and writing some great songs as evidenced by the “Dust and Bone” CD. Most recently, he spent time in Nashville which resulted in some excellent new tunes which have been garnering radio airplay.

Audra Mariel has been entertaining jazz fans locally for most of her young adult life. Her personal interpretations of the Great American Songbook are inspired and brought to life by an excellent band.

Regina Bonelli, vocalist, songwriter and keyboard player returns to the blues with her celebrated recent album “Truth Hurts,” a tour de force where modern blues and vintage soul meet.”
A dynamic live performer, she will definitely get this party started!
