Local Musician is the Big Winner in the JSJBF MEGA 50/50

The drawing was held at Barry Stein’s home on May 31st and streamed live on Facebook. President Tom Baldino held the basket with his nephew John Howard Baldino of Tallahassee, Florida drawing the tickets.

Chris Andreach, leader of the group TriCity Jazz was the first place winner in the MEGA 50/50 drawing. Chris, a longtime member of the Jersey Shore Jazz & Blues Foundation, took the top prize of $1,525.

Second place of $910 went to another local musician, trombone player Tommy Meares, who has performed for the Foundation as a member of the VooDudes as well as appearing with Jon Bon Jovi’s Kings of Suburbia and Bruce Springsteen.

The third-place amount of $610 went to Kelsey McClure of Clifton, NJ. We would like to thank all who participated in the 50/50 for their support.
