It’s been a yearly event since just before the turn of the century, with Sandy Mack and friends still partying like it’s 1999! The inaugural visit to the Headliner this past Sunday was another great event that helped to raise fund to continue the good work in the world of music done by the JSJBF as well as collecting food for two Monmouth County food pantries.
So many of our members and other musicians, assembled by Sandy Mack performed to the delight of those in attendance.

Highlights on the electric stage included member bands and harp players, Sharon Lasher & The Flashers with Stu Coogan and Stringbean, Fisheyed Blues with Jonny B, and The Incinerators with Gary Neuwirth. It was great to see the reformed Magnificent Mancinni Brothers with Sandy adding some harp as well as injecting jazz into the lineup this year with the superb trio, The Lawrence Haber Collective. Sandy also sat in with Abandoned Outcasts and the night ended with the Desert Jellies strong set.
In between the acoustic stage was filled with more great local artists then I can name here, but if check out the pictures there are many familiar faces.
